Night Stands

These two nightstands were designed by Brit Naylor and fabricated by Smock Studio. Made from solid wood, the design consists of several intersecting planes of white oak with a walnut accent as a central vertical divider. Most of the joinery consists of butt joins with exception to a section of walnut end grain the protrudes through the top and bottom surfaces of the nightstands. Simple squared off legs have a midcentury taper and a water based finish keeps an overall light and natural appearance for the final product.
