40 Acres Ranch is a 2000sf Texas Ranch in Paige, TX designed for a couple looking to retire to country life. Set on a highpoint of the lot, this house has large open porches on the front and back that enjoy the open landscapes. The exterior walls are clad in a white Texas limestone and the exterior wood (columns & starburst) are made of rough cut cedar. The interior is separated into 3 sections… Primary Suite, Open Living & Guest Quarters. The open Living, Kitchen & Dining enjoy a 20’ Vaulted ceiling and a large Texas Limestone fireplace. The original plan had a 2 car garage that was removed to maintain the symmetry on the front and back façades.
